Not gonna lie, it worked well at first, but after about a year things started going downhill. Some parts began failing, and the wire seemed to break way too easily. For what I paid, I really expected it to last longer. Customer support wasn’t very helpful either — they mostly just told me to buy more parts. Frustrating overall, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I reached out twice by email because my fence wasn’t working, and all I got back was a generic response several days later. I tried calling too, but nobody picked up. To me, it felt like getting help wasn’t really a priority on their end, which was especially frustrating because I needed it sorted out quickly.

My order showed up with the box crushed and oddly taped back together. A few parts were just loose inside, and there was barely any padding, so nothing really felt protected. For what I paid, I definitely expected better packaging. Not the best first impression, i’d be hesitant to order again :(

I really wanted to like this fence, but the boundary line is kinda all over the place. Some days it seems to work okay, and then other times my dog gets warned way before the line or not until it’s almost too late. I tried adjusting it a few different times, but it still doesn’t feel steady. It does work a little, just not reliably enough for me.

The fence does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. But for the price, I expected more to be included. Some of the parts felt basic, and then I still had to go out and buy extra stuff, which was kind of frustrating. It’s not terrible, just... for what I paid, I thought it would feel like a better deal.

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one, but the wire snapped after only a few weeks of use. It was frustrating and didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I tried ordering from their site it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were loading really slowly, and my cart cleared itself twice, which made me feel like I was wasting my time.

I also couldn’t easily figure out which kit I actually needed because the options and add-ons were confusing. By the time I finally got to checkout, the total didn’t match what I thought I was agreeing to, which was annoying.

Maybe the fence itself is fine, but I never got that far because the ordering process made me give up and go somewhere else. After that kind of hassle, I’d expect some kind of discount, credit, or at least an apology if they want me to consider coming back.

I’ve had a bit of trouble with this collar being reliable. It sorta keeps cutting out, so I can’t really count on it the way I hoped

I'm giving 1 star because trying to get a replacement part has been way more frustrating than it needed to be. It was a basic part, but it was either out of stock or weirdly hard to find on the site. Like, make it make sense.
I kept checking back and still felt like I was getting sent in circles. If this is something people rely on to keep working, replacement parts should be easy to find and actually available

I was really hoping this would be a simple fix, but the range was way too short. My dog got past the boundary twice, which is frustrating because the basic thing I needed was for it to actually keep him inside the set area. It just didn’t do the job for us...

I went through the wires and checked the power like the instructions said, but it still acts up. When it’s working, it does the job okay, but I don’t feel comfortable leaving my dog outside without keeping an eye on things. For the price, it’s been frustrating.
